Terms Of Use

Please read these terms of service carefully before uploading your images:

1. Do not alter any link codes received from TriniPhoto.

2. Do not upload any images that:

* infringe on the copyrights of any party
* are intended to harrass
* are spam
* could in any way harm the reputation of TriniPhoto and/or its owners

3. User account rules:

* Do not leave hateful, vulgar, harrassing, violent, sexual or otherwise offensive comments on photos
* Do not upload pictures containing any violent material
* Do not upload any copyrighted material that you do not own

If you violate any of the above rules, your account will be terminated immediately and without warning.

4. Do not upload any images that are illegal and/or are in violation of any Trinidad and Tobago Laws, or any Laws pertaining to digital content usage in Trinidad and Tobago. Doing so will result in the immediate termination of your ability to use TriniPhoto™ or any of its provided services, as well as the deletion of any images that you have uploaded to TriniPhoto™, effective immediately upon detection of any violations listed above, with perpetual duration.

5. Individual pictures which violate the Terms of Service will be deleted. If an image is deleted, do not attempt to upload it again.

6. TriniPhoto and its owners and operators have full discretion in deciding which images remain on our servers.

7. Hotlinking:

* You may hotlink clickable thumbnails anywhere you like, but you are not permitted to modify the HTML provided for you.
* You may hotlink thumbnail images on ANY message board or forum, as well as personal websites and auctions.
* You may not hotlink ANY images to websites which contain illegal materials or websites designated as "link farms".

8. All files uploaded are © their respective owners. All other content ©TriniPhoto™. TriniPhoto™ is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.

9. TriniPhoto™ reserves the right to remove any image(s) that we wish, for reasons including, but not limited to: excess bandwidth usage, illegal or controversial subject matter or harmful content, to be determined solely at our discretion.

10. Any violation of the above terms of service may result in the removal of your images from our servers, the termination of your TriniPhoto account, and the removal of your ability to use TriniPhoto.
